    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    I think common issues at most companies are magnified at Viki because it's a small team in four different offices. I can see that things have been moving in the right direction, especially over the last six months, with more rigorous decision making and some great recent hires. Last year there were some people who were fired for under-performance. It looks like the first negative review was made by someone in this group.
