I have been working at Vilebrequin part-time for less than a year

    Pros

Fun store environment & fun items to sell which bring in intersting people from around the world.
    Great corporate-boutique communication.
    Paid lunches.
Incentives/Commission in form as $10 for ex for a certain item sold, as oppossed to % of sale.
Not high maintenance, high rush type of boutique, more laid back.
    Company is expanding--adding a lady's collection.
    Valued employees.
Great monthly contests as a chance to win extra money

    Cons

For a luxury boutique, I expected pay to be higher.
Wish there was more opportunity for advancement with the company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Raise your workers pay in any way, even if it is just by making more incentives, or higher incentives.
With the woman's collection debuting, we should expand and open up more boutiques!
