Co- workers can be great to work with and occasionally pull together as a team.
Once you log enough hours, Yearly wine retreat. Company paid for. Quarterly bonuses if goals met.

GM's tend to be paranoid. This trickles down from company structure. Schedules are exhausting, one week opening, next closing, next mid shift. Training is sub standard. Promotions hard to come by. Wine and the knowledge of is not top priority. Must sell wine clubs which are poor, under explained, and not unique. This pressures guests.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Invest in wine knowledge. Modify or get rid of the wine clubs. Everyone has them now. Careful with language used by GM's when trying to discard veterans for newcomers. Shaming is no way to treat loyal workers.
