I have been working at Viralheat full-time (more than an year)

Working at Viralheat I often wake up excited to go to work. It is a fantastic company. The product is cutting edge and constantly evolving. The culture is warm and inviting, and everyone is extremely open minded. The pay is great, and everyone is always rewarded for their hard work.

The management couldn't be better too. Each senior member of the team is more than approachable. It is obvious that they are working diligently at keeping Viralheat a company that we want to work for and a product that we want to work with. They are also very personable and family oriented, so there is a great work-life balance. I couldn't be happier!

You have to have a more of a start-up mentality to make Viralheat work for you. No one is going to hold your hand. Viralheat requires you to be a motivated go-getter, which I personally love, but I can see how that might not be the best fit for everyone.
