This is a decent job to work while waiting on a better job/career.
The problem I had, was that to be a top producer you have to do all of the things they tell you not to do. Everybody who continually has high collection productivity numbers does the things you are supposed to be fired for, they just don't get caught. Not only do they do it, management knows they are doing it!!! Unless it comes down from up top, middle management doesn't care because they get paid more for the production of their team. And then you stand up at the end of each month and applaud the people who are breaking all the rules. The hours are horrible, mon-fri and some Saturday you work 3 days of week from 8-5 and 2 days of week 1pm-9pm . Oh yea, and if the bonus/incentive structure constantly changes so as to slowly eliminate the additional pay (bonus) you should get for collecting thousands of dollars you're required to collect just to keep your job. They also put strict quality assurance and attendamce policies in place and threaten to take back every dime you've earned. GREED AND MODERN DAY SLAVERY!
