I have been working at Vitality Corporate Services full-time (Less than a year)
Very ethical company which looks after the health of its employees and also clients. Overall pay and benefits packages are competitive on the market. Great products to offer. Very Proactive with their products. Plenty of advancement opportunities.
Their technology is a little dated and I don't feel is fit for purpose. They use the "plaster" activities to overcome this. Instead of getting what they need they try to just temporarily fix problems with what they have. They are very proactive with their products but not their IT or administrative software.
Advice to Management
You really need to fix your technology. If you were to facilitate your IT to be as proactive as your product you would easily increase your profitability and market share. This would make it easier for internal sales and 3rd parties to sell more of your products quicker and manage your clients expectations better.
