I worked at Vitech Systems Group full-time (More than a year)
Not a bad place to start right out of college. Excellent location if you enjoy Indian food. People overall can be nice, but it takes time and effort. Work life balance can be great, depending on the group. Good company to work for to learn about the benefits industry. Diverse selection of Keurig K cups.
Work life balance can be a nightmare depending on the group. Talented people do come through Vitech's doors, but they rarely stay. Management extremely reactive instead of proactive. This leads to more band aid solutions. Company does not believe in sponsoring for education. I could not find anyone in the company where the company paid for technology training. Disconcerting given that company develops financial software that host sensitive data. Ironic that a company that boasts of its benefits software can offer such poor benefits. (No 401K match, maternity / paternity leave, sponsored education)
Advice to Management
Without question, you should be very proud of the company's growth. Unfortunately, I do feel that new leadership is required to bring Vitech to the next level.
