    I have been working at Vivid Seats full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

    There are many like-minded people around at work-- those that are into sports, music, and theatre. It really makes for a great environment. There are many social opportunities to get to know everybody as well. The company is fast growing meaning there's plenty of opportunities to work overtime so most of us are making much more than we expected too upon starting. As long as you are fully prepared to work in a call center, there aren't too many downsides. Plus it's starting to get to the point where we get catered meals almost every day!

    Cons

    The office is open late, and it seems like most of us have to work late night shifts. There have been plenty of times when I felt unsafe walking back from work, which seems very unnecessary. Other cons include the call center environment. Management is constantly pushing you to turn calls without organizing the rest of the tasks needed to be done. However, it seems like they are working towards finding a solution to this.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    The office isn't in the safest of neighborhoods by any means, and having the office open past 8 or 9 pm is not a prudent decision when it comes to the safety of your employees.
