Small company that treats it's employees to fun and games when everybody is successful and sales are up.
General Manager constantly flip flops and management style is very unorthadox. A few close employees actually have to do work just for him and not for the company, (like build him stuff for his house, cut his grass when he's on vacation, etc..).
Advice to Management
A lot of good people left the company over the years due to one man. I would consider where the company would be today with all of the talent, and a different person in charge.
