Those who work directly with participants are for the most part loving and compassionate people.

The board is in the pocket of upper level management. The human resources department has taken full control of the organization and continues to grow despite the downsizing of programs and departments across the agency. So many ethical, HIPPA, and COA violoations, it is unbelievable how the organization is still accredited. (Goes to show you how lackluster these accreditation companies can be.)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The CEO is surrounded by yes people, and any employee that questions authority will be met with a level os resistance that is unheard of and frankly quite scary. Look at the constant list of open positions at the company and you will see that there is something inherently wrong.
