I worked at Vungle full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

First and foremost, the soft benefits are about the best out there, here's a few of the best: Bring your dog to work! VXP - Travel to any of the company's worldwide offices once a year on their dime, they are in great localles like London, Berlin, Seoul, etc and not in the middle of nowhere like Fargo! Unlimited vacation - take that 3 week backpacking trip to Patagonia you've always wanted to do! Free Lunches - You will definitely gain the Vungle 15 Gym Reimbursement - To work off that 15 Shiny Gizmos - Get a new iPhone and blazing fast Macbook Pro paid by the company Then, the people! Great People - You will meet some interesting characters here that are driven by hustle and know how to get things done!

    Cons

While there are so many good things, theres also an underside to it: Finicky, Unexperienced leaders - everyone at the top is in their 20's save for one or two and while they may be a great leader someday, they are running in all directions trying to learn what works best. Unlimited Vacation - You will want to take it, but you'll never know if its the right time to do so, or if your manager will think you aren't getting your work done. Bring your dog to work - Sounds great until one poos under your desk and you step in it Managers can tend to Micromanage Base compensation is always low balled

    Advice to Management

Senior leadership needs to take a step back and take an outside look in to how they come off to a lot of the employees, some aren't seen in such a good light sometimes. I feel that the changes that are happening are eventually going to yield a positive outcome, but only after a few more bumps in the road. It is a challenge to build a company from scratch, but it is happing right here!
