I worked at Würth full-time (more than an year)

The only Pro I have is that they guys that work in the Warehouse work their you know what's off.

Management doesn't appreciate the Warehouse Crew. Only sales. Warehouse employees are expected to work 12 to 16 hours a day with no appreciation from anyone.
HR DEPARTMENTS has way too much control in the everyday workings of the different locations.
HR complains about the Over Time, yet Management will staff according to demand so all of the work falls on the few people that are there. So they are punished for going the extra mile and getting the work done instead of appreciated.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be honest when you are interviewing someone.
It doesn't do anyone any good to hire someone under false pretenses. It's a waste of everyone's time.
Back up your employees. If you want them to work hard for you then you should go to bat for them.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
