    I worked at W.B. Mason full-time for more than a year


    Good pay, fun if you don't mind kissing butt and being a yes man or day


    The interview process is based off of how much they like you personally and how sexy you are. Nothing to do with work history or experience although they do a rundown of job history but thats it. The work place is unprofessional, computers and software are outdated, if you offer any suggestions they will find a reason to fire you or work you extra hard until you do. If they didn't constantly tell you it was the biggest office supply company you would never know based on the office it's a dirty furniture everywhere. The way run it is still like a mom and pop store not multi billion company, and there's no room for growth unless you go out for drinks with upper management
