I worked at W.W. Williams full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

The branch i worked for was like family! Learned a great deal in my thirteen years with the company.

    Cons

After thirteen years of loyal service with company, let go when branch closed. Our bigger branch in Atlanta had room for me but decided not to take me down even though i had seniority. I bled for this company. No chance of advancing in company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Grow with the industry. Learn from the problems your having know. Give your employees a chance for advancing.
