I worked at W.W. Williams full-time (More than 3 years)

Most of the people are nice and fun to be around, the pay is okay, the hours are alright, hrly employees get paid weekly

If you have an idea, don't express it, company does not like or accept change, they prefer if you have a thought or idea to help with function and processes to keep quiet. If you have previous experience with a distributer or oem you will find the processes here pretty messed up and don't make alot of sense. Frustrating to people that are efficient and very experienced in the industry. No future unless you are in the "click" or related to someone. If you just want to go to work and do a good job and be respected, this is not the place

    Advice to Management

Be more open minded, welcome "any" employees ideas or thoughts and listen. Make your employees that are not related or in the click but do a good job feel more valuable and worth something. Show some professional respect
