I worked at W3i Holdings full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Some opportunity to travel. Some good people work there. If you don't mind not having a life, then the pay is decent.

    Cons

Very paranoid work environment with a "big-brother" type of mentality. Preach about work-life balance but frown on employees that work less than 60 hours per week... They offer 5 weeks of vacation in the first year, but exalt those that don't actually use it. Terrible experience for me.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Set proper expectations to prospective employees.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
