    This company has a very competitive compensation/benefits package.

    3 Plant Managers
    3 Quality Managers
    2 Engineering Managers
    2 Maintenance Managers
    3 IT Managers
    4 Controllers
    Those are just the Managers. There have been numerous support staff, supervisors and production workers who have either left or been "escorted" out.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Change your culture. Don't work your employees to their breaking point. Send in a 3rd party to gather information as to why the morale is so bad. Figure out the math on how much in profits you are losing due to the high cost of turnover.
