I worked at WHR Architects full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Good projects and knowledgeable people. Good work life balance

    Cons

Poor communication. Terrible compensation!! Some senior management still live in the great depression era...... Lack of dynamic enterprising people. It is a good place if you have limited ambition to grow in your career and are happy being in the same position for several years with a meager pay. Leaders promote complacency... I have seen a lot of good people leave in the past two years..

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Communicate with the staff....retain talented people....Evaluate the compensation strategy.....Promote people in the firm.... Most staff do not see career growth in the firm...
