I have been working at WQA full-time

    Pros

The benefits package is terrific with WQA. Health insurance and 401K are near unbeatable

    Cons

Salaries are just OK and there are a lot of politics invovled behind the scene that oftentimes get in the way of moving the company forward.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Consider more flexible work from home policies. Listen to those employees that are willing to make a difference for the company. Senority does not always equal dedication or loyalty.
