    Pros

This job is great if you like sales and you have no problems working in a cut throat environment. It can be a learning experience for newbies who needs to get their foot in the door. They do have decent mutual funds, and that's about it.

    Cons

You do have a sales goal which you have to reach or the company will boot you. This job is purely commission and the company will not pay for your training. You will spend most of you time on the phone calling people. Your manager will want you to call everybody you know to get them in the door so you can give them the cheezy sales pitch. The product they have is very limited, you hands will be tied up do only what the company offers.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Give the new guys some paid wages will ya! And pleas provide some real training support and not the sink or swim game.
