I worked at Wade Trim full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Lots of OT, great managers at the lower level, decent reputation with clients., good benefits for medical.

    Cons

Can get pigeoned holed, pay a lot for office buildings, one of them is on a golfcourse for some reason so they can look good but they only look expensive, clients have told me WadeTrim is expensive compared to other consultants but WadeTrim didn't pay me more than the other consultants, top supervisors and board members do not make good decisions, top heavy meaning too many managers, they spend money where they shouldn't, wages do not make sense, unrealistic goals, no 401(K), no matching, decent wage but not competitive to others, ARROGANT engineers; sooo arrogant! Its like some of them are from Hollywood. So rigid with the wage schedule, you move up pretty fast but then fizzle out until you get a PE license and even that pay-grade is so pathetic for quite awhile. Need to pay old-timers who are going to retire with a lot of stocks; this is an issue internally since the Co. is employee owned and the old-timers have a lot of invested stock. good luck! peace!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep the hard workers and ones that smile. Compensate these people. Get rid of the @ssholes, they're replaceable.
