    Pros

Great job for anyone in high school/ college. Easy and not very stressful.

    Cons

My supervisor was leaving for a different job and had recommended me for the supervisor position. I was qualified, and had done the majority of the responsibilities already, so I assumed the job was mine. Much to my surprise they brought in an elderly women from another store who had just started. She was really bad at interacting with people, asked my help with everything, and I might mention she was creepy in the way that customers cringed when she approached them. I found this to be ageism, because I was only 20 at the time but was a great candidate for the job.
Management is very controlling and mostly sits in the office all day watching the employees on the cameras.
If you've made a small mistake I've been literally yelled at and brought to tears. In my experience anyone in management is not very friendly.
    Working every holiday.

    Advice to Management

promote from within, ease up on employees, do more fun things for the competitive selling...saying 'sell this or your're fired' is not good motivation
