    Pros

The learning environment and potential for advancement. Depending on what store you can actually feel like family where you work.

    Cons

Not enough man hours/budget. Hiring just at minimum wage gets you minimum efforts from lower team members and very hard to weed them out. Too much to do in too little time. Constant restructuring as of late, with not enough feedback from upper management. Swing shifts and being transferred every 7 months to a year isn't ideal. Making me interview twice for my current position was unnecessary and slightly demeaning.

    Advice to Management

Put more emphasis on growing stable, hardworking employees instead of who's where and who knows who... Give us a second to breathe. Tailor payroll budget to store specifics and turnaround not just directly on sales and projections.
