I have been working at Walgreens full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Plenty of opportunities to help customers improve their lives.

    Cons

Poor pay, worsening benefits, currently undergoing a restruction where incentives to advance are unequal with the added responsibility.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treat your people right, but also treat them fairly. One person getting every weekend off for years tends to make everyone else in the store feel like they are less valued, or somehow less desirable.
