I worked at Walgreens part-time (more than a year)

Flexible scheduling, GREAT co-workers, pharmacy manager really cared about her staff.

Our store was given the bare minimum number of hours to work with, our store regularly filled over 500 scripts/day and we would have maximum of 4 technicians working. Corporate seemed to think we were superhuman and could sell scripts while typing up and filling new ones, unloading our daily order, resolving insurance problems, and deleting old prescriptions. This made the job much more stressful than necessary, I would dread going to work knowing I would be running around the pharmacy for 8 hours. Also paid very little compared to other retail pharmacies.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Learn what it's like to actually work in the pharmacy and you may realize why our delight scores are so low- long wait times and long lines will do that, no matter how friendly and accommodating the staff is.
