Current Employee - Certified Pharmacy Technician in Lebanon, TN
Current Employee - Certified Pharmacy Technician in Lebanon, TN

I have been working at Walgreens full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

If you get in the right people you can have whatever schedule you want, and they have pretty good policies on vacation

    Cons

a lot of times management doesn't take action when something needs to be done. they often don't communicate with the employee which can be frustrating if you are doing something that isn't correct or should be done differently they will often write you up, not explain what you did and how to change.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

listen to your employees, most of the time their complaints are not just talk. they are real, problems that need to be addressed

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
