I really used to enjoy it, but company has become more cookie cutter in appearance and really micro manages its stores.

I have been working at Walgreens full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

Compensation is great, as far as base pay. Bonuses yearly, based on personal and store performance. Profit sharing is great as well, up to 4% match.

    Cons

No consideration for work-life balance. Expected to dedicate most hours of your day to the store, including time off, with no consideration for maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Budget cuts are killing our customer service.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Try recruiting senior store managers to really share what the successes and opportunities are. Better communication and more hours to stores to really be able to differentiate us from our competitors.
