    Pros

    Competitive salaries are a plus for manages.

    Cons

    Corporate policy of understaffng pharmacies while demanding customer satisfaction. It's impossible to provide great customer service when the customer is yelling at you because you do not have enough help to complete their prescription on time.
    Pay schedule does not keep us from losing Pharmacy Technicians to hospitals,

    Advice to Management

    Stop with the faux engagement surveys that everyone is taught to lie on. Stop with the faux engagement surveys that turn every low result back on the store management. Stand up and take some of the customer complaints instead of just turning them back on the store & pharmacy managers. These people are complaining about corporate policies, not store policies.
