When I started it was a great company to work for. Has gone so far down hill it is truly very sad.

If you want to start at the bottom of the ladder and work your way up, great place for it. Hard work (willingness to do your job) does not go unnoticed.

They have become a greedy corporation. No longer associate or really customer oriented. Now completely driven by what looks good on paper.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Think about Sam's original company. He wasn't a millionaire, at a time when that was rare, because he was a foolish business. He built a multi million dollar company by treating his employees as if they actually meant something to his continued success.
