I have been working at Walmart part-time (More than a year)

some workers are great to work with, never be bored, always something needs done.

very little space to work with, a lot of stress, very poor hours always working different shifts, managers rarely help when problems arise with other workers, lack of leadership from immediate supervisors, lack of help with customers when needed, constant pulling of associates from other departments to registers and leaving some on their own for hours with no help.

    Advice to Management

care about your employees, go into your departments that you run and help associates get caught up if needed, listen to your employees if there is a problem and not ignore it.
