    Logistics pay! and nothing else.

Management is useless. the area managers are more of schedulers, the operation managers have no true authority to create change. there is supposedly a grass roots process however in these meetings it is more like a no session. Walmart needs to refocus on quality and safety like they say instead of being so production driven. if they want to reduce turnover and absenteeism they really need to remember that the associates are human not machines.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pull your head out, accept that there are many different ways to do a job and accept that some of your associates are highly educated and want to help transform the distribution centers into something so much more then they currently are!
