If you are in a bind and need a job asap, this will get you by. Ignore the part time temporary thing. I was hired as such and was working overtime. which leads into cons, they do this to avoid paying benefits.
management heavy, they do not follow policies unless they want to get rid of you. Always understaffed. This is why the shelves are always empty and the lines are so long,. They classify every new employ as part time temporary, you can be considered part time even if you are working overtime every week. If you do make full time status the medical benefits are actually quite good and cheap for family coverage. This can be a pro if this is a major reason you have to work.
Advice to Management
Do your job, be accountable, be consistent, get your heads out of you know where.
