    Pros

The pay was good for my position (CSM) I was at 14.00p/h. Decent benefits package, and employee stock purchase.!

    Cons

The upper level management is what I don't miss they try to keep you locked into one position with no room for advancement, yet they promote from within. The store manager was so afraid someone was going to take his job and that mentality trickled down through management. At Walmart everyone wants to get ahead and its not based off experience or education who ca perform the job the best but who your cool with in HR (personnel) or higher level management. It was a start but would never go back.

    Advice to Management

Take confidence and pride in your job let that be the mentality you teach your employees!
