    Negative Outlook

I worked at Washington Humane Society full-time (Less than a year)

Working with animals, helping people to find their lost pets, giving back to the community in which we live.

Poor management!!!! This employer does not advocate for its employees. Hours can be long and borderline slavery. Forget about getting off on time and count on staying 1-2 hours longer after your shift.

    Advice to Management

Appreciate the employees, take their issues into consideration and actually listen to them instead of dismissing their feelings.
