Web.com as a company is ok as long as you are not in the Renovation Experts department. They do some very nice things for the employees, like cookouts and stuff. They give a great Christmas bonus, which is rare these days. The CEO is a very nice man and easy to talk to.

I was lied to, talked down to, treated like a child and made to feel bad constantly. This is in the Renovation Experts department. The job is a scam, selling leads to contractors. We had to lie to the contractors to get them to buy leads, 70% of which were fake. Then the contractors call you back and curse you out because you are the one that lied to them. When I talked with management about my concerns, I was basically told to do my job or quit.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get rid of the management in the Renovation Experts department and get someone that actually cares about the little people that are there doing the work there.
