    I worked at Weber State University part-time (Less than a year)


    Initially, they are very excited to see what you can bring to the table, support you, and encourage you. My boss was extremely relaxed and offered a lot of guided autonomy, but very open to insight and suggestion.


    What is expected is far less than should be. They want you to work but could care less if you work hard or don't work hard. If you're not LDS expect additional challenges, barriers, opposition and informal discrimination. Most importantly they will take your advice/work, thank you for it, and do nothing with it.
