Work-life balance is easy to keep in check. You have a flexible schedule, in some cases, a telecommuting option, and there is also a great vacation plan. The company culture is very relaxed and friendly and there is hardly any trace of micromanagement. In the office lives a stress-free and light environment and people have a great sense of humor.Cons
Most training is self-taught. There is considerably less stress if you already know how to code and work with the flagship product. But if you are starting out with either, learning it can be an obstacle especially when you have a deliverable to make. On the same note, there is minimal QA so best practices are rarely enforced.Advice to ManagementAdvice
You all work really hard. Take a break, but not all at once!
