    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook

I have been working at Weichert Realtors full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Very extensive benefits. Upper management encourages philanthropy, and interaction between departments. If you don't enjoy the job you're at now, the company is so vast that you can easily slide into another position within the company (after paying your due diligence of course).

    Cons

Employees had to come into work during Hurricane Sandy-scarce days off for inclement weather. Low pay. High turnover. Constant lay-offs. Upper management only wants to see results and is not interested in resolving problems of lower dissatisfied employees. Therefore, there's no way to create a more positive environment for employees.

    Advice to Management

Pay people what they're worth. Quick cutting corners financially. Get rid of the interns and higher skilled seasoned employees to get the job done right.
