    I have been working at WeiserMazars full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

    Generous salary, lots of time off (every new employee gets 23 days vacation/ sick plus seven paid holidays, plus reduced hours during the summer), decent access to training and generous when reimbursing expenses

    Cons

    It seems like some people end up working crazy hours, learning a lot and then leaving while others coast by and end up sticking around.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Take a close look at the book of business and trim the clients that don't make the firm any profit and stress everyone out.
