    I worked at WellPoint as a contractor for more than a year

    Pros

    I worked with an exceptional team of incredibly supportive and knowledgeable people. Folks were continually reaching out to provide assistance and guidance. Together, we produced highly effective training materials and always delivered what the customer expected when they needed it.

    Cons

    The biggest issue here I think is a lack of consistency in project management methodology and documentation. While there will always be unique items to track specific to each discrete business unit, there should still be some way to have metrics that can be traced back to activity that directly impacts service and profitability.
