    Pros

Based on location this company pays more than most to a person with no prior experience. The process is a little slow but once you get in as long as you end up with a reasonable manager, you'll have a job for life as long as you don't mess up.

    Cons

Some of the team leaders have severe attitude problems and control issues. Half hour and 15 minute breaks fly by way too fast considering the seating plan and overall building layout...It takes half your break to make it to the bathroom, cafeteria and/or the parking lot to drive off the property if you are a person that smokes.

    Advice to Management

My advise would be to bring back the hour lunch breaks so the workers have time to get their mind right before getting back on the phones. It is overwhelming having to talk to over 100 people every day not to mention sitting in one spot for eight hours or more.
