    I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    Compensation is above average for a call center environment. Shift bids allow for a more desirable schedule.

    Cons

    There are very strict adherence rules for staying on the phones. Quotas and sales come first, customer service comes second, though you will be told the opposite.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Take the sales down a few notches and focus on building a customer relationship that will in turn meet the sales goals, rather than forcing employees to get accounts opened that will either charge off or be closed by disgruntled or inept customers.
