    Online Service, Friendly Tellers, The idea of what they should stand for is excellent,


    Constant intentions of Adding, Selling, Pushing products, & promotion of products Customers do Not need. In an attempt to get more accounts, or more products so the bankers can make daily goals. The company doesn't put the needs of the Customer first. They believe that the more a customer has the more difficult it will be to leave. And the fee's on the banking side are outrageous.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Truly and Honestly put each customers needs 1st, & stop pushing products to customers that they do not need in these extremely difficult economic times. Stop putting increased goals on your banking staff, so they are not in a must sell situation, and are blind to how they can truly help your customer base.
