I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

good pay and benefits including health plan. constant food days where the company feeds you as well as opportunities to get things such as Wells Fargo clothing and other things.

    Cons

advancement may be capped out very quickly with no real place to go except lateral moves, once a year raises are the same day across the board no matter when you arrive and that really sucks, constantly hiring and people are constantly leaving

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

very difficult and you must work very hard for years to do so

    Recommends
    Positive Outlook
    Approves of CEO
