I worked at Wells Fargo as a contractor (less than a year)

    Pros

Pay and hours aren't too bad, supposedly lots of overtime.

    Cons

Don't ever work here, they want all their employes to be complete drones, and if you express your opinions openly, for example in one of their modules that an old woman killed her husband to pay off her mortgage, or that it's ignorant that the black mans mortgage is delinquent they will fire you on the spot for offensive behavior. Last I checked I didn't design their training, I expressed an opinion on it and as long as I live in the United States of America I'll use my right to freedom of speech, and I didn't say a thing offensive. Also it is acceptable for the trainer to talk about getting drunk, how her daughter is ghetto, and how her neighbors run around naked. Also, for one of the new employees to talk about taking ambien, anxiety medicine, and drinking, making drug use and alcoholism socially acceptable. Then there is the man who apparently found said opinion so offensive while it's completely acceptable or him to sexually harass multiple women in the training group along with taking multiple unscheduled breaks in a shift and never being on task. Be prepared to have the life sucked out of you before working at this place.
