Everything sounds and seems perfectly wonderful at first, then you're reminded that there's trouble in Paradise.

    Pros

There's definitely the opportunity for personal growth and development. With things you're asked to accomplish in a day coupled with the stress of the job all while providing service with a smile is tough to say the least. But if you stick to it there's a lot to learn. Your working environment changes from branch to branch. It's almost as if each branch is it's own city within the same state in that, all the local branches work under the same Policy & Procedures, and yet things are just done differently. Compare the city of Miami to Mayo. The company values are simple, do as you're told, obey the rules, be honest and your reward is you keep your job. Then again, if you don't do these things... Just don't get caught and you can still keep your job.

    Cons

Promotion exceptions are constantly made, rarely consistent, and favor based. You'll find who you know is more important than what you know. You're told that you're all apart of a team, and that you're Teammates. Yet you're also told you can't trust anyone, which is true, DON'T. It's super easy to make enemies, get fired, or go crazy from it all and quit.

    Advice to Management

Promotions should be professionally based, not personal. Greater consideration in matters of the practicality of tasks, policies, procedures should thoroughly be consider before implemented, retracted, reinstated, only to yet again be revised. It makes us look like we don't know what we're doing, and hassling customers for no reason.
