    Wells Fargo has some great benefits such as generous paid time off and reasonably priced medical and dental options


    Unless you are willing to sell their products every minute of every day you will not last. The only focus I see is sales, sales, sales. Customer service is a foreign concept. Opportunities for advancement are soley based on your sales and customer service has taken a back burner to making the sale.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Sales are important as is being a profitable company, however, you cannot continue to be as sales driven if you hope to keep good employees and maintain a long term banking relationship with customers. Also, quit focusing on the "high value customers". Every single customer should have this title not just individuals who have a certain balance in an account. Treat the employess such as tellers (who are the bank bone of your company) like they are important. It is them who has the daily contact and builds the rapport with the customers not senior level managers.
