    I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    HR worked quickly in getting me in, training seemed decent and the base was higher than where I came from.

    Cons

    super dead branch where the only customers are old folks who don't bank online. Sales quotas for tellers and bankers are completely unrealistic. Management is lazy, angry and not well skilled. Mine has no interest in getting to know customers, let alone helping them. District management browbeats them into submission and thus the pattern rolls downhill. Hostile work environment and crap morale throughout. Angry customers actually use branches less conveniently located because of the cancer of incompentence that engulfs the place.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Change the culture of piling superflous products on unsuspecting customers and get some managers who actually work hard.
