I have been working at Wells Fargo

    Pros

Name Recognition and good place to get your foot in the door, paid time off is normally easy to get

    Cons

I have never worked at a worse place in my life. This company is horrible. Everyone hates their job. They give you unrealistic expectations and then punish you by forcing you to come in on saturdays and make cold calls when you don't hit your goals. Advancement in the company in nonexistent. It's true that if you are good at your job you will never get promoted because losing you would make the manager's job more difficult. Such a petty environment. No one really cares about the customer, only jamming as many products down their throats as you can. Everyday gets worse. Senior management is SO FAR out of touch with reality. They punish you and make you stay late just about every day til 7pm. They seriously treat everyone like a child. PA/DEL area is a horrible place to work, don't let them trick you into thinking that they value you as an employee! Hands down worst place i have ever had to work.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Nothing I say would even matter. Don't treat your workers like slave labor. Expect people to quit within a year.
