Underpay, no payment of overtime, shady sales practices - customers misinformed and with excessive amount of accounts and cards never requested, unprepared and under capacitated employees, huge turnover, personal bankers stealing sales from others peers - management and ethic committee nothing did to stop/prevent problem, overkill sales meetings. Feel we are leaving the customer service behind, can't keep soliciting to people to buy bank products if they don't need it, enormous amount of fee is charged for stupid products, relationship with bank is often not taken in consideration when making decision to help customers, managers don't seem to care. With only one month will be contributing to the high turn over statistic myself, completely different than training. Sad.
Advice to Management
Mr John Stumpf, what about doing a undercover boss for a month? Listen to your thousands of tellers and PB's who are working hard to support their families, ask if they are really happy, ask if they agree with the sales politics and over pressure from above. Can't speak for the whole company or executive offices, our complaints come from the front line, the people who deal with your unsatisfied customers in a daily basis.
