Sales is all they care about unless you really make a customer mad.
They push you to refer products with little to no value to the customer, like a 2nd savings account for a customer that usually has less than $50 in there accounts.
People with good sales numbers get away with violating a lot of company policies.
Amazingly high turn over, by 1 month into the job 3 of my training team of 12 were still there, at 1 year it's 2 left(Apparently that's actually high on average)
There is a by large push for getting people to sign up for debit,card overdraft service to allow them to overdraw there accounts to cause them $35 fees.
When a customer would say no to my promise statement(can I tell you about products or services that may benefit you) if my team lead was listening to the call she would just start repeating the phrase "turn and burn" get them off the line as fast as you can they aren't buying anything.Advice to ManagementAdvice
